This will be an outdoor space designed for modern-day working, one which invites the companies from the area to encourage the use of the space in a spontaneous and informal, collaborative environment. A forest of trees arranged within a circle with a vegetated surface is defined, to house a work space with individual outdoor workstations.
To bring in more light to the lower level, it is proposed that holes be made for greenery to drop down. The joining of both levels is improved with stairs to get to the Coworking and the Central Meadow.
The structure beside Castellana 83 and 85 will also be cut back, making the current patio bigger and introducing greenery and places to congregate.
