Azca is a rough diamond, a unique place home to the offices of large multinational companies, surrounded by cultural and recreational options of the highest level.

Despite its enormous potential, AZCA is currently considered to be an area not integrated to the city. The deterioration of the public space facilities has led to the declining quality of the urban landscape, resulting in areas that are less frequented, dark, unsecure and difficult to access.

The aim of RENAZCA is to make the complex shine, filling all its corners with life and creating a unique space for social, economic and cultural encounters.

A COMPREHENSIVE RENOVATION PLAN

An integral plan that involves proposals for the area’s physical transformation, along with a general strategy to reactivate the entire complex.

Plan to improve and integrate the physical space

The plan is designed to improve the experience of everyone who lives, works and visits Azca. A great space integrated into the city, becoming a venue and meeting point that is friendly, attractive and safe.

Reactivation plan

From the very heart of the community this plan seeks to transform AZCA, turning it into an authentic space for collective interaction, meetings and civic life; an active place for people to gather and enjoy diverse recreational, social and cultural activities.

Management, conservation and maintenance

This plan will coordinate all management, conservation and maintenance action of the AZCA environment, making it a dynamic, accessible and safe space for residents, workers and visitors. An active and committed plan that aims to promote AZCA as space that offers a high quality of life, and attracts people and companies to develop their activity with an inclusive, innovative and balanced perspective.

In addition to these plans, a communication and image strategy will be implemented with the objective of placing AZCA in the heart of Madrid and encouraging citizens to see it as a central and dynamic space that promotes coexistence, business, commerce and leisure.
