We are a group of property owners who have come together with the aim of revitalising AZCA.

OBJECTIVES
RENAZCA is the union of some of the companies that own buildings in the AZCA area, which has come together with a common goal: the transformation and revitalization of an urban space that has deteriorated over the years, yet that can be improved and made into a point of reference for the city
To position AZCA in the heart of Madrid and minds of city residents with five guiding principles: coexistence, sustainability, integration, culture, and attractiveness. The participation of citizens, merchants, and other stakeholders of the area is also an important part of the initiative.
Promote the transformation of this emblematic urban space, to open it up to the city and make it “more livable” with a sustainable, secure and connected environment.
Create a common space for working and collaborating with all the parties involved.
To galvanize AZCA into becoming one of the most innovative, sustainable, vibrant and active districts in all Europe.
To foster AZCA’s identity as a symbol of progress, sustainability, opportunities and growth, by means of a concerted effort by all the parties involved and a common direction.
OUR GOAL
The goal of RENAZCA is to make the necessary improvements to reactivate the heart of AZCA and transform it into a vibrant new place for social coexistence and business in Madrid.
To fill it with experiences and activities, so that both visitors and people who live and work there can benefit from the advantages of being in a place where you can find everything you need: sports, services, shopping, recreation, gastronomy, music, culture, etc.
