WHY
REVITALISE AZCA?

Despite its location, excellent transport links and being considered the financial heart of Madrid, there are various areas of AZCA that still require certain improvements to help take advantage of the area’s full potential.

These issues include some urban spaces that are rarely frequented by pedestrians, particularly out of office hours.

This is due to poor interior access and run-down, dark areas, giving the impression of an urban landscape that is unattractive.

OUR
OBJECTIVE

Turning AZCA into a modern, thriving, attractive, vibrant space, full of life and people, stimulating.
